Born in Kyiv and open to the world, Unified State is a values‑based micro‑state that builds peace architecture: cease‑fire packages, POW/hostage exchanges, interfaith bridges, and a proposed demilitarized ecological sanctuary. We keep the axis singular and collaboration open through the Unified Circle, engaging partners at seven state scales—Local, Global, System, Galactic, Universal, Multiversal (transit only), and Infinite. Our scientific backbone, T Theory, models context‑valid viewpoints and guides de‑escalation. We advance by spiral unfolding, holding integrity above image under the No‑False‑Idol Protocol. Heard & McDonald Islands — Snapshot
Location: Remote sub-Antarctic territory in the southern Indian Ocean, about 4 000 km
southwest of Australia and 1 600–1 700 km north of Antarctica.
- UNESCO World Heritage Site — pristine volcanic wilderness with no permanent
human population. - Active volcanism: Mawson Peak (2 745 m) on Big Ben massif and McDonald Island vents
have erupted in recent decades, reshaping coastlines. - Area protected: ~659 000 ha (37 000 ha land, rest marine reserve).
- Climate: Harsh sub-Antarctic — fierce winds, frequent snow, average temps 0 °C to 5 °C.
- Wildlife highlights: Penguins, seals, and seabird colonies thrive amid ice and lava
— virtually free of invasive species. - Governance: Australian external territory; strict environmental management under CCAMLR
and national law (HIMI Marine Reserve).

We—Michael Tulsky (Lucid Founder) —request Swiss facilitation of talks with Australia and the United Kingdom concerning a peaceful transfer or lease of uninhabited Heard Island & McDonald Islands, to become the territorial nucleus of the new micro-sovereign “Unified State.” The islands will remain demilitarised and environmentally protected, symbolising planetary unity.
